Custom Configurations

Standard configurations cover most work. Where they do not, equipment can be configured around specific site constraints.

What can be configured

  • Pontoon dimensions for unusual depth or bearing requirements
  • Front length and geometry for specific reach and depth combinations
  • Spud pole arrangements for holding position in current or on soft beds
  • Hydraulic circuits sized for specific attachments
  • Transport-driven configurations where access dictates dismantled dimensions

What drives cost and lead time

Configuration changes that use existing proven components cost relatively little. Changes requiring new structural design cost considerably more and take much longer. It is worth asking early whether a standard configuration plus a change in working method achieves the same result — it frequently does.
